Respondent/Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to modify the condition imposed by the Principal District Judge Krishnagiri in Crl.M.P.No.1818 of 2019 dated 17.09.2019 with a condition to appear and sign before the concerned respondent police station daily 10.00 a.m. until further orders and thereby by allow the petitioner to appear and sign before the Police Station at Thally, Krishnagiri instead of Mathigiri Police Station.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Principal District Judge Krishnagiri in Crl.M.P.No.1818 of 2019 dated 17.09.2019 with a condition to appear and sign before the concerned respondent police station daily 10.00 a.m. until further orders and thereby by allow the petitioner to appear and sign before the Police Station at Thally, Krishnagiri instead of Mathigiri Police Station. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard Mr.C.S.Jeya Prakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Thally Police Station, Krishnagiri District instead of Inspector of Police, Mathigiri Police Station. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 17.09.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1818 of 2019 shall remain intact.

4. This Criminal Original Petition stands ordered accordingly.
