The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 506(2) of I.P.C., in Crime No.536 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant is residing at petitioner's house with his child and mother. The petitioner had proposed the de-facto complainant, since she is married to someone she rejected it. The same was informed by the de-facto complainant to the petitioner's mother. So on 10.08.2023, the petitioner encountered de-facto complainant on this way and pick up quarrel. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the counter case is pending. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6.Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
