These petitions are filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole Appellant in the above C.M.A.No.1880 of 2011; To bring on record proposed Appellant as 2nd appellant in the above C.M.A.No.1880 of 2011.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these civil miscellaneous petitions. The abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant is set aside and C.M.P.No.4992 of 2017 is allowed and the Proposed 2nd appellant is ordered to be brought on record as legal representative of the deceased sole appellant as 2nd appellant in the appeal suit and the petition in C.M.P.No.4993 of 2017 is allowed. No costs. 04.01.2021 (1⁄2) Kak Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and post the civil miscellaneous appeal in next week.
