This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay in paying the deficit court fee and to accept the remittance of deficit court fee of Rs.350/-.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered and thereby, the petitioner is directed to deposit the deficit court fee within a week from today.

3. The petitioner on complying with the above condition, the Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.SR.No.156404 of 2023, if it is, otherwise, in order.
