No costs. However, the learned counsel submitted that he has deposited a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of this writ petition, as per the direction of this Court dated 28.04.2017.

3. Therefore, the Registry, High Court, is directed to return a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- along with interest, if any accrued, to the writ petitioner."
