JUDGMENT

The appellant has filed the Second Appeals against the judgment and decree dated 15.4.2024 made in A.S.No.108 of 2021 & 79 of 2021, respectively, on the file of VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, modifying and partly decreed made in O.S.No.4792 of 2013 dated 07.01.2020 on the file of XVIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Heard Mr.K.V.Ananthakrishnan, learned counsel for the appellant, and Mr.H.Adaikala Arokiaraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, and perused the material available on record.

3. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the 2\4

appellant submitted that as per the terms of compromise, the property was handed over and the original documents were also returned in accordance with the agreed terms. To that effect, a memo filed by the appellant is taken on record.

4. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, this second appeal is disposed of. The memo dated 10.03.2025, shall form part of the order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
