When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner's father, a case in Crime No.142 of 2016 for offences under Sections 448, 324, 323, 506(ii) and 379 (NP) IPC has been registered against this petitioner and investigation is under progress. While so, as a counter blast, the petitioner has given the present complaint dated 06.04.2016, based on which, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.116 of 2016. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner.
