This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.7 of the order dated 18.10.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.24089 of 2022 filed in Crime No.1489 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to financial situations, the petitioner is unable to pay the entire amount of Rs.25,000/- as ordered by this Court and hence, seeks for modification of the condition.

3. Since the petitioner on his own volition agreed to deposit the said amount, bail was granted and hence, in such circumstances, this Court finds no merits to modify the said condition.
