ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges encroachment on a common passage by the 6th respondent. It is stated that this encroachment has been verified in terms of a survey and audit conducted on 28.10.2016.

2. Learned Government Pleader states that some action has already been taken and remaining action required to clear the common pathway will be done within a maximum period of one month from today.

3. We take the aforesaid statement on record and the respondent/authority shall remain bound by the same. 4.The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected WMP.No.34698 of 2016 is closed.
