This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 558 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Ms.C.Harini, learned representing counsel for the second respondent would submit that she has got objections in allowing the petition.
4. The petitioner would aver that due to the injuries sustained on account of the accident, she was unable to work and due to financial constraints, she was not in a position to file the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Hence, delay of 558 days occurred in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
