ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.10207/2022, dated 28.04.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that, in pursuant to the order passed in the above said writ petition, the respondent has passed an order in Na.Ka.No.153/A4/2022, dated 06.11.2023. Therefore, the order passed by this Court is complied with.

3. Inview of the above, this contempt petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the above said order in the manner known to law, if she so advised.
