The Writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the respondent in Ref. No.51-T-11/13/legal-MISC/2024 dated 20.08.2024 1/3

and consequently direct the respondent to supply the documents to the petitioner as per his application dated 29.05.2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case bundle.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
