(1) The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has unfortunately expired during the pendency of the writ petition. The petitioner, as stated that at the time of filing of writ petition, was the President of Uthankarai Kalyana Mandapam at Krishnagiri. Learned counsel stated that steps have not been taken.
