ORDER

The petitioner herein filed this petition to Call for the records of Cc.86/2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Udhagamandalam The Nilgiris and Quash the Same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side ) submits that the petitioners were acquitted by the Trial Court to that effect he produced the copy of the judgment of the Trial Court in C.C No. 86 of 2022 dated 13.10.2023. Considering the above, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequentially connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
