The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6957 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.1926 of 2024, dated 26.04.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and investigation is also completed.

3. Considering the fact that petitioners are complying with the conditions without fail and also considering that the investigation is also almost completed, hence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
