ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR and investigate the complaint dated 05.01.2015 in C.S.R.No.09/T10/2015 accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the respondent police have conducted enquiry and closed the case. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar. 4.On a reading of the complaint dated 05.01.2015, the dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature and therefore, no positive direction can be given to the police to register the complaint.
