The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that this Court vide its earlier order dated 19.01.2023, has appointed a Receiver to seize the subject vehicle from the respondent's premises or wherever found and hand over the same to the custody of the applicant. However, the Receiver who was appointed by this Court has not seized the subject vehicle.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for applicant, this Application is closed as no further order is required to be passed.
