2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the Certificate has been issued. To substantiate the same, G.O.Ms.No.825 dated 15.11.2024 was placed before this Court and the Certificate of Practice was also enclosed.

3. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
