C.R.P.(NPD).No.3189 of 2017 Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings Lease and Rent Control Act, 1960, against the order and decretal order dated 13.4.2017 passed by the IX Small Causes Court, Chennai, in R.C.A.No.466 of 2012 against the order dated 29.08.2011 in RCOP.No.2238/2009.

C.R.P.(NPD)No.1866 & 3189 of 2017 vsi COMMON ORDER When the matter came up for hearing on 10.06.2022, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 24.06.2022. On 24.06.2022, when the matter was called, it was represented on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the learned counsel was unwell and sought for a short accommodation. Therefore, the matter was directed to be posted finally on 04.05.2022. Thereafter, the matter was called on 5.5.2022 and the same was adjourned to 7.7.2022. On 07.07.2022, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 08.07.2022. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent is present. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
