ORDER

Challenging the case in Crime No.151 of 2022 on the file of the J-5, Sastri Nagar Police Station, Chennai, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.70 of 2022.
