A.No.4720 of 2024 has been filed to grant extension of time order dated 08.08.2024 to pay Demand Draft Rupees Ten Lakhs only in this Court till 30.09.2024.

2.A.No.4721 of 2024 has been filed to modify the area of new construction as 1701 sq. ft., instead of 1624 sq. ft as typed in the order dated 08.08.2024 in A.No.3646 of 2024 in the above O.P.No.742 of 2021. 3.A.No.4722 of 2024 has been filed to permit the Petitioner to execute on behalf of the beneficiaries minor daughter Indu.S and minor Son Hariharan Selvakumar, a deed of General Power of attorney, as per the terms of the Joint Venture agreement, in favour of the Promoter M/s.Sanna Reddy Homes empowering him to enter into and demolish the Flat No.M64/4, situated in the First Floor of the premises bearing New Door No.9/4, 4th Cross Street, Besant Nagar, Chennai 600 090, to redevelop the property and to sell the Promoter's share of new constructed Flats together with the proportionate 50% Undivided share of land from and out of 1267 sq. ft. undivided share of land. 1/3
