This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in para no 6(b) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18668/2024 dated 02.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made on both sides and nature of offences and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate concerned on alternative Mondays for a period of two months. Accordingly, ordered.
