Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings vide refusal check slip dated 28.08.2024 having reference No.RFL/Hosur/11/2024 on the file of the respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to register the Lok Adalat award dated 09.12.2023 presented by the petitioner for registration and release the document to the writ petitioner. 1/6

The Writ Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in No.RFL/Hosur/11/2024 dated 28.08.2024 on the file of the respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to register the Lok Adalat award dated 09.12.2023 presented by the petitioner for registration and release the document to the writ petitioner

3. Taking note of the above submission, the Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned refusal check slip is quashed. The respondent shall register the document, namely, the Lok Adalat award dated 09.12.2023, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of its representation.
