This petition is filed to condone the delay of 142 days in representing the Criminal Appeal in Crl.SR.No.9796 of 2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing on either side, we are inclined to condone the above said delay.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
