ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Government Pleader states that the deficiency stamp duty has already been paid and document released.
2. We are thus of the view, it appears to be more in the nature of some private dispute, but in any case does not partake the character of the Public Interest Litigation affecting the people at large.
3. The writ petition stands dismissed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
