ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced the proceedings of the third respondent dated 03.03.2020 in Na.Ka.No.597/2020(A1), as per which, it is stated that the flag https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

posts in front of the petitioner's land were removed. A copy of the acknowledgment given by the petitioner on 03.03.2020 before the third respondent has also been produced before this Court.

2. Recording the above said statement of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
