PRAYER : This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C , to call for the records relating to the Sp. Sessions Case No. 56 of 2020 pending on the file of Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases, Under POCSO Act, Cuddalore and to quash the same. ORDER

The petitioners herein filed this petition to call for the records relating to the Sp. Sessions Case No. 56 of 2020 pending on the file of Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases, Under POCSO Act, Cuddalore and to quash the same.

2. The defacto complainant, petitioner, victim along with her three month child appeared before this Court.

3. The defacto complainant mother of the victim stated that the petitioner married the victim and begotten female child and living together happily. Further, this Court enquired the victim about the marriage and she stated that she living with the petitioner and the petitioner's family members accepted their marriage. The petitioner also assured that will take care of the victim and his child.

4. Considering the future of the child and also both the petitioner and victim living together as husband and wife. Furthermore, the defacto complainant also not inclined to proceed the matter. Hence, the proceedings in Special Sessions Case No. 56 of 2020 is hereby quashed.

5. In the result, this petition is allowed. No Costs. Consequentially connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
