2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original order dated 18.08.2023 bearing reference No.7614/tha.ku.2/2023 on the file of the Superintendent of Prison, Puzhal, Thiruvallur District-600 066.

3. Mr.M.Mohamed Saifulla, learned counsel on record for the petitioner is before us. Learned counsel submits that certified copy has been misplaced and that has necessitated filing of captioned WMP.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the matter and taking into account the fact that a photocopy of the aforementioned order has been filed, the reason given i.e., that the petitioner's sister has misplaced the original order is accepted.
