Memo dated 26.11.2019 filed by the petitioner is extracted below:

'The Petitioner submits that after filing the above Contempt Petition, the Respondents filed W.A.SR. No.132147 of 2019 with a delay of 163 days in filing the Writ Appeal. On 19.11.2019, the Hon'ble First https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Contempt Petition No.1772 of 2019 Bench heard both sides and modified the order passed in W.P. No.32956 of 2017 by holding that the Petitioner be reinstated in a nonsensitive post. However, he shall be given leave with full salary for a period of three months and the disciplinary proceedings have to be completed within a period of three months from 19.11.2019.

With this observation, the entire Writ Appeal was disposed of by the Division Bench at the stage of condoning the delay in filing the W.A. In view of the above modified order, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to close the above Contempt Petition by placing this memo on record vide W.A. No.3957 of 2019.'

2. Recording the aforesaid, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
