ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachments made by the 4th respondent O.Appadurai, S/o.Oyarappillai in the Government Poramboke land classified as stream comprised in S.No.8/2 and 8/3 at No.82, Nallur Village, Kancheepuram Taluk and District based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2024 and 10.06.2024 to the respondents 1 to 3 by disposing the same within a time frame.

2. Heard Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Considering the narrow scope of prayer, without expressing any opinion on merits, the authorities concerned are directed to take action for removal of the encroachments made in subject matter of the property, after providing opportunities to all the interested parties and also by following the due process of law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
