This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to return the petitioner's original certificates of 10th mark sheet, 12th mark sheet, UG and PG mark sheets, UG and PG convocation certificates, B.Ed mark sheet and convocation certificate and other belongings to the petitioner forthwith.
