This application is filed by the applicant seeking to extend the time for completion of arbitral proceedings and passing of award by the Arbitral Tribunal until 31.03.2010.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. It is stated that the pleadings are complete, viz., claim and counter claim have already been filed. As the mandate of the Tribunal has expired, the present application has been filed.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents has got no serious objection in granting extension of time.

5. With the consent of learned counsel appearing on both sides, time for completion of the arbitral proceedings and for passing the award is extended till 31.03.2020 as prayed for. The parties are directed to co-operate with the Arbitrator for passing of the order as expeditiously as possible.
