2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 26.11.2019, the P.R.C.No.37 of 2001 mentioned in the prayer as well as in the order, shall stand substituted as P.R.C.No.37 of 2007.

3. All other observations made in my earlier order dated 26.11.2019, shall remain intact.
