These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay, set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent B.Loganathan in the above second appeal and rank them as respondents 2 to 7 in the above Second Appeal.No.484 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made, these petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent B.Loganathan in the above second appeal and rank them as respondents 2 to 7 in the above Second Appeal.No.484 of 2018.
