This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17009 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. He further submit that the investigation in this case completed and final report also filed.
