Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to issue a "No Objection Certificate" to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of 'Jasmine Ayur Salon N Spa' at 8/4(5), Sathappa Compound, Harvey Road, Tiruppur - 641 602, by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2023.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to grant No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to run the SPA based on the representation dated 28.08.2023.

2. Heard Mr.Balaji Thirumoorthy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 28.08.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law and in line with the relevant Government Order/circulars and a decision shall be taken within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
