This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner made on 23.09.2024 and 06.11.2024 seeking fair compensation for the lands acquired from the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that with respect to the case of the petitioner, reference was already made to 2/6

the Principal District Court, Chengalpet and compensation was also deposited before the said Court and therefore the request made by the petitioners in the aforesaid representations have been duly addressed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner had also accepted the aforesaid contention made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

4. In view of the above, since the request made in the representations of the petitioner have been duly addressed,the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
