ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed seeking for enlarging the petitioner on bail in connection with Crime No.84 of 2017 for the offences under Section 148, 109, 120-B, 144, 114, 342, 302, 307, 326, 324 of IPC r/w 149 of IPC and 3 and 4 of Explosive Substances Act 1908, pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is posted today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this Court had earlier dismissed the bail application twice, considering the heinous nature in which the offences have been committed. That apart, the petitioner is a notorious person, involved in 12 previous cases, out of which 5 cases are for the offences under Section 302 IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the heinous nature in which the offences have been committed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, this Court by order dated 10.07.2019 made in Crl.O.P.No.17956 of 2019 , directed the trial Court to expedite the trial and complete the same within a period of six months. Considering the earlier order of this Court dated 10.07.2019, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the trial Court is directed to accord priority to this case.
