O R D E R
It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent that as against the order of the Writ Court, the Government has preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.396 of 2021.
2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized of the matter. However, a liberty is hereby granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
3. With the above liberty, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 10.10.2022 Index: Yes/No Sni Cont.P.No.1776 of 2019 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2/2
