The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the proceedings in C.C.No.1901 of 2016 on the file of the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai, is ended in acquittal. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
