ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.570 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.570 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 379, 294(b), 323 and 506 (i) I.P.C. However, the second respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the matter and lay a final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present petition for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the relief as stated above.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit and also perusing the typed set of papers, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.570 of 2014 and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
