ORDER

It is brought to the notice of this Court in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.08.2025 and in tune with the order passed in W.A.No.2261 of 2019, the documents have been forwarded to the Commissioner of Revenue Administration (CRA) in accordance with the procedure contemplated under Section 59(1) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 2016.

Therefore, CRA, though not a party to the writ proceedings, is directed to pass orders on or before 13.10.2025 to correct the date of birth. Post the matter on 14.10.2025.
