2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 23.09.2024 has not been complied with.

3. Since the order/direction of this Court dated 23.09.2024 has not been complied with by the respondent, this Court is of the view, that it is a clear violation of the order passed by this Court. Hence, this Court is inclined to initiate suo motu contempt proceedings against the respondent.

4. Registry is directed to issue statutory notice to the respondent returnable by 22.11.2024.
