ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 25.02.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.29 of 2016 and the same was closed on 26.02.2016 on the ground that it is purely a money dispute. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
