PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2024 and directing the respondents to carryout the divine works not violating the order of this court in W.P.No.574/2015 and W.P.No.21474/2019 and to preserve, restore the ancient structure of the ancient Masari Amman in Thenmugam Vellode ancient Rasa Temple within a stipulated time as prescribed by this court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2024 and directing the respondents to carryout the divine works not violating the order of this court in W.P.No.574/2015 and W.P.No.21474/2019 and to preserve,
restore the ancient structure of the ancient Masari Amman in Thenmugam Vellode ancient Rasa Temple within a stipulated time as prescribed by this court.
2. Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.
4. Considering the narrow scope of the prayer made in the writ petition, without going into the merits of matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 02.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
