ORDER

As the petitioner's application seeking approval for construction of the building in his property situated in S.F.No.602/A1/A in Akkarapalayam Road in Mulanur Village of Dharapuram Taluk of Tiruppur District, has not been looked into by the respondent, a representation was made by him on 03.10.2016. Despite the same, no action was forthcoming and hence, the present writ petition.

2. Considering the above, this Court is of the view that the respondent shall take a decision on the application of the petitioner followed by his representation dated 03.10.2016 one way or other, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
