ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.01.2016, to take necessary action in accordance with law and further to provide adequate security for the petitioner, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not even enclosed any proof for having given the said complaint. 3.On reading of the complaint dated 20.01.2016, it is seen that the dispute is essentially between the petitioner and the erstwhile landlord with regard to return of the lease amount.
4.In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise, the petition may be closed under due intimation to the petitioner.
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
