Pending writ petition, a counter has been filed on behalf of the first respondent, the Chairman, TANGEDCO wherein at paragraph 3, it is stated that the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2023 has been rejected vide letter of TANGEDCO dated 09.10.2023. The aforesaid letter has also been received by the petitioner on 10.10.2023.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner has also been supplied with the copy of this order. In such circumstances, the passing of the order pending writ petition, in effect, renders this writ petition infructuous. 3.Recording the aforesaid and granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge order dated 09.10.2023, if they are so inclined, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
