ORDER
The writ miscellaneous petition is filed praying to amend the prayer as "In the above circumstances, the petitioners humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring the fraudulently executed Settlement Deeds dated 17.02.2012, 2/5
registered as Document Nos. 1485 & 1486 of 2012, on the file of 3rd respondent created by impersonation as null and void and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to delete the corresponding entries made in the Encumbrance Register maintained by the 3rd respondent and/or direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to not entertain documents of whatsoever in nature based on the fraudulently executed Settlement Deeds dated 17.02.2012, registered as Document Nos.
1485 & 1486 of 2012, on the file of 3rd respondent and/or pass such further or other order/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice, instead of "In the above circumstances, the Petitioners humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction, particularly in the nature of a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd Respondent to annul and cancel the registration of the fraudulent Settlement Deeds dated 17.02.2012, registered as Document Nos. 1485 & 1486 of 2012, on the file of 3rd Respondent and cancel the corresponding entries in the Encumbrance Register maintained by the 3rd Respondent and/or direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to not entertain documents of whatsoever in nature based on the fraudulently executed Settlement Deeds dated 17.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent does not have any serious objection to the same.
