This petition is filed to condone the delay of 278 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.U.M.Ravichandran, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and Ms.S.Suneetha, learned counsel for the respondents.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and as there is no serious objections from the respondents, the delay of 278 days in filing the writ appeal stands condoned.
